Is it safe buying jewelry online?

Wonderful question! Honestly, it depends on who sells them.
However today there are more tools to make online shopping safer for customer and for sellers. SpiritualUniverse invites you to be curious and look for online stores that show real service to the customer.

SpiritualUniverse accepts payments via PayPal system, the safest circuit for online transactions and instant payments.

Can I change payment method or delivery address after my order confirmation?

It’s no longer possible changing payment method or address when order has been confirmed.

Can I buy Spiritualuniverse Jewellery if I’m allergic to nickel?

All Spiritualuniverse jewels are made of nickel free materials and finishes.
Feel free to buy the jewels that you love the most from Spiritualuniverse and wear them with joy and freedom.
However, intolerance to nickel could be very high for some people and allergy could manifest also wearing nickel free bijoux
If your intolerance is very high you will definitely have experienced that the only wearable metals for you are gold and steel. I don’t advise buying in our Boutique just in these cases.

Can I complete my Order if I have not a PayPal account?

Sure, on spiritualuniverse.net you can complete your order by Credit Card, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How much is Shipping Fees?

Shipping is FREE where ever you are on Planet. this concerns all orders above 45$.

How do you ship? How many time my order takes to get to me?

All of our shipments are via UPS Express Courier.
You’ll receive a message with the tracking code the day before shipping and you’ll get your order within 3-5 business days after the day of shipping. Any customs inspections on the border could postpone the delivery.

Can I send my order to PoBox address?

We can’t accept any PoBox address because UPS mailman leaves your order to a physical person only.
We work every day to give the best shopping experience we can.
We think that fast and secure delivery is essential to create an excellent shopping experience.

What if I'm out when the UPS mail man deliver my order?

Don’t worry, if you’re out or nobody (UPS deliver your order just to physical person) can get your package, the next day UPS will try a second delivery.

If UPS mail man can’t find you again or nobody can get your order, he leave the address of the UPS center closest to you in your mail box so you can easily go there and pick up your pack.

RETURN

What if the jewelry that I purchased doesn't meet my expectations?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we’re really sorry about that. However if your product doesn’t include custom stones or any personalization you can return it within 28 days from the delivery date, here’s how:
STEP 1) Send an email to contact@spiritualuniverse.net including:
• transaction number
• the product code you want to replace or you want a refund for
• You will return the item within 28 days from the reception (otherwise I will not be able to provide the return).

Refund includes only Unique Piece or ready to ship items, not custom or jewels with stones selected by the customer.

STEP 2) Then you can pack the jewel to return, making sure to use the same box you received it with. Those boxes must not be damaged.
>>PLEASE NOTE: The return shipping will be at your own expenses. Making sure to mark it as “sample without commercial value”<<

3) “Spiritualuniverse” will verify the integrity of shipping in order to arrange a refund (later in this chapter you will be able to choose the type of refund).
Unfortunately I can’t provide refund if the goods are damaged, or not perfectly intact, box included. The jewel must not have been worn.

You can choose two different types of “refund”:
• Size change
You can ask for the change only for a different size of the same item.
If you choose this type of refund your new jewelry will be put in production in 3 business days from confirmation. You will be informed about delivery times as soon as possible.

• Money Transfer
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by Spiritualuniverse.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
Returns must be shipped within 28 days from the day of delivery and the jewel must not have been worn.
We can’t replace your jewel with another with a different stone or design.

We can’t refund orders made with specific stones, gemstones or crystals selected by the customer, or any custom jewel with personalization and modification. If you chose specific stones, gemstones or crystals and we use them to create your jewel/jewels, your order is not refundable.

In fact, as per Article 59, customized or tailor-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. 

What is the deadline to make a Return? Can I wear the jewel in the meantime?

Each jewel must be sent to Spiritualuniverse within 28 days. If the jewelry was worn before making the return, it will not be refunded.

Who pays the costs of the return shipment?

The shipping costs for return will be up to you.
Spiritualuniverse doesn’t take any responsibility about shipping return.

Packaging has been damaged or broken before send the return. Can I receive the refund or change size?

SPIRITUALUNIVERSE.NET reserves the right to not accept returns that come back damaged or inside boxes, not in perfect conditions.

Bronze jewels on skin

Bronze turns my skin green?

Bronze is an alloy of different metals including copper. When the copper reacts with your sweat and the acids from your skin, it produces copper chloride which is a green substance that could naturally turn green the skin more tight with bronze.

Polishing your jewelry quite frequently and keeping your skin dry can reduce this chemical reaction.

What is the metal of Spiritualuniverse jewelry are made?

Spiritualuniverse Jewelry is made in nickel free bronze or in sterling silver.
I can also realize your jewel with a special alloy with Palladium. They will don’t need to polish, and they won’t be affected by oxidation.

Do jewels change color over time?

Spiritualuniverse Jewels are in Bronze and Sterling Silver.
• Bronze is a metal alloy and the fact that it turns the color with time also depend on how the alloy is made and what is contains.
Our bronze don’t turn in green, however we recommend to taking care of your jewelry periodically, so they always be bright and shine. Here’s some practical tips.

• Sterling Silver can shift its color turning to a warmer shade over time, everything you need is choose your favorite “caring ritual” in this page to keep your jewelry at best.

You can also ask for a special Silver alloy with Palladium. This metal turns it’s color much more slower then sterling silver keeping its bright for longer.

How to clean and keep shiny Spiritualuniverse jewels?

Jewelry Size

I don't know my ring size, how can I do to know it?

If you don’t know your size you could go to a jewelry store, they can help you to find your perfect size.

Otherwise, know your ring size at your home is simple and pretty fast. Take a look at the “FREE RING SIZER” and follow the smart instructions. 

I bought a ring, but it doesn’t fit me perfectly, how can I do?

Even if we don’t realize it, fingers circumference is not always the same. It can change depending on the temperature of our body or season for example.

Situation A)
Is it high summer? Ring may fit at the limit of its size (without tightening) as well as, if you’re in winter, there could be the chance of turning very easily on finger.
If you’re in one of these circumstances or similar, your ring doesn’t seem perfect in size, but you don’t feel compulsion or feeling of losing it.
In these cases the ring it’s probably your right size. You’ll understand it better when temperatures will change.
Every person has a different range of changing with temperature, so fixing a universal method is impossible, you have to trust your feelings.

Situation B)
You’re quite on your flower terrace, sipping aromatic tea with your cuddly cat, the temperature is fantastic, but opening your pack… oops, it’s really a bit too wide (or narrow)!

How do I know my ring/bracelet size?

If you don’t know your size you could go to your jeweler one of these days, he can help you to find your perfect size for sure.

I don’t find my size on “find sizer", what can I do?

First, make sure that there is not truly. To find your size, use a simple ring, such as a wedding band for example. If you don’t find it, that’s ok, write to contact@spiritualuniverse.net, we’ll think about a custom solution!

What ring size is this? Is it resizable if it’s not my size?

All of One of a Kind rings are made on the perfect size of who will wear them.
Feel free to share with me your ring size by writing a note in the white space you find when you place the order.
If you don’t know your ring size yet, I recommend to go to a jewelry store and ask for your perfect size.

As an alternative, you can also print this sheet making sure to
• print it at 100% of scale
• use a simple band ring (with no stones)

Our rings are high quality handmade and not resizable.
